    Hi there,
    I have added an attachment field to my formidable form.

    I then added item_meta|258 (258 is the id of the attachment field) and after uploading a jpg image and submitting the form, everything else I have configured works and the ticket is created. However, the attached image does not appear in osticket and does not get attached.

    Any ideas?
