    hi

for example, I put an attachment in the first lesson of a course (in the final section of lesson edit frame).
when I start the course, the course starts in the first lesson and in this first lesson the attachment appears.
when I go to another lesson, there is not attachment (of course, the attachmentonly was put in first lesson), but when I return to the first lesson, the attachment not appears.
    how can this be solved?

    thanks

  • Hello @kaquna,

Can you go to Tutor addons to check if “Course Attachment” addon is turned on. Assuming you are using latest version of PHP, WordPress and Tutor LMS.

I don’t mean a course attachment, where you need the paid version, but the attachment that you can put in each lesson. In the free version you can put an attachment in each lesson…

in the edit lesson frame I have:
    – the title of the lesson
    – the content
    – feature image
    – video source
    – time
    – upload attachment

    Hello @kaquna,

I uploaded lesson attachment using the free version of the plugin and it appeared on the lesson page as shown in the following image

Make sure you are using latest version of PHP, WordPress and Tutor LMS. You can switch to a default theme to try the same to figure out if you have any issue with your active theme.

yes, it appears, but if you click in another lesson that has no attachment and later goes to the lesson with attachment, this has disappeared…

it only happens when change lesson in sidebar. not happens changing lessons with nav (next/prev) buttons…

    Hello @kaquna,

Switching between different lessons doesn’t make attachment disappear I checked thoroughly. You can troubleshoot the issue by switching to a default WordPress theme.
Check if default Tutor Pages are active from Tutor Tools > Tutor Pages. Then check if default Tutor Pages are assigned to Tutor Settings > General, Instructor and Student tabs.

Assuming you are using latest version of PHP, WordPress and Tutor LMS.
