Attachments are not shown in the attachments list

  • Hi,

    Since last week we don’t see all the attachments in the attachment list window.
    We create a new topic, in the editor we add new media – pdf file then save the topic.
    Usually we would see all attachments inside the attachments list.

    Where can I see the error log or any tip how to solve the problem?

    Make sure to enable showing errors to administrators (in the plugin Advanced settings tab), and that error logging is active. The plugin will show error on the admin side in the topic/reply edit page and on the front end in the attachments area.

    If there are no errors displayed, the upload process has not reached the plugin at due to some other issue (even some server issues and limits regarding the upload can cause that). In that case, consult your hosting company or review server PHP error log (or even maybe the access log).
