Attachments are no longer available after the ticket passes 2 months

Hi, I notice that all tickets that have attachments older than 2 months are no longer available to download or view within the ticket (open or closed). If I enter the cPanel of my hosting and search the files on the explorer, the folders of those older months are empty (when they use to have those files). Is this a normal or standard feature of SupportCany plugin and if so, is there a way to set things up so the attachments are never deleted from the server (wpsc folder)? Or do I need to install a backup plugin so it creates daily backup of that folder on an external platform like Dropbox or Google Drive so I have copies of all those attachment files? Thxs in advance.
