• Resolved webfreshing

    (@webfreshing)

Hi and congrats on the plugin. It’s perfect for what I need to do, so thank you for your hard work.

I’ve probably missed something during configuration, but I have an issue with getting the attachments input to show in my members area on my WordPress site.

I can create and view tickets without any problems in WordPress and osTicket directly, so I assume my settings are correct.

I can also attach files without any problems in osTicket and view those attachments in WordPress and osTicket.

I have installed, activated and configured the filesystem plugin, and can also see new directories and files inserted into my chosen attachments file.

I can of course get the attachmnets input to show if I remove the conditional statements from the php file, so I wondered if I was missing something? This does not solve my issue because it doesn’t recognise my file types.

I have no errors in any error logs.

Also, I can use the image upload feature in the wysiwyg, but the url is incorrect once it is saved. Not sure if the two issues are related.

Any help you can give me will no doubt save me in more ways than one.

Thanks for your reply. Very much appreciated.

    I’m using version 1.9.5.1

Perhaps thats my issue then. Thought it would be best to install the newest version

    Hey,

    Not yet sorry..
Datacenter is going nuts (aka downtime accumulation from certain locations/ carriers).

I will update our systems once connectivity has been restored.

We have pushed some of our systems over to the latest osticket and noticed a change in the attachment codes.

We are working on making the attachments compatible again with osticket 1.9.5.1

Thanks for letting me know. At least I know I didn’t stuff something up with the settings or theme myself. I’ve set up a form to submit tickets in the mean time.

    Thanks again for the update!

How is your compatibility work coming along?

    (@mtiggelaar)

    Still working on it.

1.9.5.1 is nearly finished (found some bugs yesterday)
1.9.6 is going to be started today hopefuly.

As usual fashion osticket throws their whole Database around on every update.

New plugin version has been released with the compatability for v1.9.5.1 and 1.9.6
