Attachment / Upload confusio

  • Hello,

    When i attach a photo or something – sometimes it’s loading but i don’t know if its done or not so i just press done and it actually submits the ticket without the completion of the attachment. Is it possible to put a check that if there is anything submitted, user must wait for it to be completed or Delete it before submitting the ticket?

    Hi there,

    when you’re uploading an attachment to the ticket, there should be a progress bar that appears, then a checkmark that appears above the image while uploading.

    Is that what you’re referring to ?
