Attachment Shortcode Filelink

We are using Media Vault to hide post attachments for access by members only. Is there way to set FILELINK to be split so that:
https://www.DOMAIN.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/FILE.pdf
becomes
https://www.DOMAIN.com/wp-content/uploads/_mediavault/2017/12/FILE.pdf
with “_mediavault” inserted in the middle between “uploads” and the file-date folder?
