Attachment Page not working on img click

Hi. When I click on an image in a page, it goes to a blank page instead of the attachment page:
https://www.dolanddesign.com/motion

HOWEVER, when I leave a page as a Draft, they work fine! And upon clicking, they give me a url for the attachment page that’s different from the Published attachment page like: “https://www.dolanddesign.com/?attachment_id=406″< instead of actually using the image title.

I want it to take you to the attachment page complete with my branding, menu, Next btn, etc instead of the raw jpg in a white browser window.

Any clues??

PS: I already tried hitting save on the permalinks. I have them set to Numerical. Using theme: Weaver 2
