• Same situation like the previous one, I have GF latest version with this plugin. No attachments in customer auto reply. I have to go to entries to resend the customer notification again to inc the attachments.

    I’ve tried a few different ways, none of them worked for me.

    Thanks @deardevils for the report.

    I can’t find a way to reproduce it and then debug it.

    Could you tell me if:

    • do you use an SMTP plugin or do you use the standard WordPress function?
    • how many files do you send at the same time?
    • how much does the attached file weigh?
    • have you tried keeping only the plugin active with Gravity Forms and a standard theme?
    • what type of server do you use? Do you have any particular configurations?
