Attachment not uploading

  • Hello! I just installed this plugin, however, when our users attach comments, they are prompted to the file upload folder, and when they submit their comments, the file/image/pdf is still not uploaded. We’re using the general comment section from WordPress and the WPBakery Page Builder.
