    Hi mcollina,
    I’m sorry but there is no why to include attachment. The only way is put image absolute URL in comment. It’ll be embedded and displayed as an image.

    The main reason I was looking to include attachments is to hire services, where it is necessary to forward some kind of document along with the conversation between the seller and the buyer.

    I’m not sure what means “…” post. As I’ve already said this plugins is a simple comment plugin designed for WooCommerce. It doesn’t have file attachment option. If you need to attach a file you should continue searching for a plugin which fits your need. Bumping a support topic is not a good solution anyway.
