Attachment feature only shows up on posts

To be as specific as possible, when I go to make a post, I see the “Attachment” option under the HTML editor. However, when I go to make a new page or edit any old pages, the feature isn’t there. I’m working on a site that already has attachments implemented, but I can’t see how they were added, because the feature doesn’t display on the admin panel when editing pages.
I hope that makes sense.
How can I make the attachments an option in the Pages editor.
