I am running the new plugin version with the Avada theme active and the newest version of WordPress and GravityForms. The Upload Attachment button doesn’t do anything now and I can’t see previous attachments I have added. Can you help me fix?

  • I’ve got the same problem, I just see a broken attachment link. Clicking the button just takes me to the top of the page.

    Just checked the console:

Uncaught ReferenceError: kgm_add_attachment is not defined
    at HTMLAnchorElement.onclick

I’ve tried with latest version of Gravity 2.5.7, Avada (latest), WP 5.8 and all work good. You can try to disable plugin one to one and check if is an incompatibility issue?

    Best regards

Just wanted to add that I was having the same issue with latest versions of Astra, Gravity Forms, and WordPress. When debug is enabled, I see the following at the top of my Gravity Forms notification page.

Notice: Trying to get property ‘post_mime_type’ of non-object in /home/iriver/public_html/_Dev/wp-content/plugins/notification-attachments-for-gravity-forms/includes/form.php on line 63

Notice: Trying to get property ‘post_title’ of non-object in /home/iriver/public_html/_Dev/wp-content/plugins/notification-attachments-for-gravity-forms/includes/form.php on line 64

However, when I selected my PDF attachment again, saved, and refreshed the page, it appeared – initially it seemed like nothing was happening though. This is with all other plugins disabled, and is not happening with image attachments, only PDFs.

I’ve tried but I can’t reproduce the error.
