attachment-display-settings not work

    Hi!
    Because that I installed WP Smush to optimize my images, I need the div “attachment-display-settings” to choose an appropriate size of an image. I commented out “.attachment-display-settings{display: none;}” in admin.css and make the div visible. However, I found that the function in “attachment-display-settings” doesn’t work, which means that the image won’t change to the size I chose. How can I fix this problem? Thank you so much!
