Attachment Display Settings missing after 4.9.5 update

Hello there,

Do you mean the images overlapped the body and cant be edited? Can you send more screenshot of the issue.

Here is a link to a page that has the issue. The images are supposed to be contained in a right hand column with the text on the left. Some other pages have the images going under the sidebar items.
