Thanks for the reply.
The filename is another plugin I used to change file name.
I understand that Customer Url/Target/Class comes with FooGallery, and not show after disable FooGallery.
I disabled all plugins, and the Attachment display settings still not visible.
Wondering what is going on.
I can now only set the “link to” in the individual image box.
