Attaching URL, Video won't show…?

Hello, I assume you’re putting the video URL within the more info box. You’re probably just seeing the text link for the video instead of it linking to YouTube. The More Info box can take any HTML so you’d need to make the link like this:

<a href="https://youtube.com/watch?v=12345">Watch Video</a>

or if you want it to open in a new window:

<a href="https://youtube.com/watch?v=12345" target="_blank">Watch Video</a>

I was actually putting the link in the Detail Image box, which may be the same as the more info, as I dont see a more info box. I will try your suggestions, hoping they work. Thank you so much for your help!!

Ok, I found the “Default More Info” Box I believe you were referring to. I was actually trying to place a URL in the “Detail Image” section. Here is the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cd05KEPatnQ&feature=youtu.be.

When I place the link above or this link https://youtu.be/cd05KEPatnQ in this Detail Image section, on the Outlet Manifold in the image here, https://safespillsystems.com/technical-specs-practice/, nothing comes up. Just a white box, with pge title but no video. Going a little stir crazy over here trying to figure what im doing wrong.

Im sorry for so many posts, but I think I just figured out that I can’t add the YouTube link where I want, but I was wondering if I could somehow embed the video or have a video popup link the image?

Hi Lloyd, I’m just following up on this thread to let you know that as of version 1.4 (which we released today), you can now link an area directly to a URL when clicked. I’m sure you’ve found a workaround at this point, but just so you know the option is there for next time ??
