Attaching the pdf to an email

Hi there,
I have a survey on my site, built with “Modal Survey”. The survey results page is what we are using DK PDF to create a pdf of. We are doing some data capture using Ninja Forms to ask for email address and then display their results as a pdf download, but would also like to be able to email a copy of the pdf via Ninja Forms … is this possible at all? It looks like the pdf is a url based on browser session and not something that can be stored and sent?
