Attaching a new ebook (pdf file)

I have a page in my website called “Ebooks”.
The company who helped me to include my 2 ebooks is not working with my anymore.
I would like to substitute one of these 2 ebooks for a new version, but I can not find where the old developer included the pdf link, that was:

Can you help me please? I would also like to know how can I create this pdf link into my website.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to assist with custom or commercial themes. If it’s any help, that url is not a standard WP url as far as I can tell and indicates to me that the files were placed directly onto the filesystem via FTP.

I did not follow/understand you. It is not a commercial themes. If I have anything in my website, that it has been done into WordPress, it is normal I can know how to substitute it for another or, isn’t it? WP url or FTP, how can I substitute this one for a new pdf link?

Your theme may not be “commercial”, but it’s not one that’s available through the WordPress theme repository, so the same rules apply. The reason behind that is that we don’t have access to the code to see how the theme works, so there’s very little chance of anyone being able to pin-point where something is in your theme to change it.

Looking at your site, the e-books are “protected” using a form forcing users to sign up to your MailChimp email list of they want to get access to them. Taht amek sit even harder to know, because the URL’s could now be set in your WordPress site, or in your Mailchimp account.

That’s the problem. No one here has access to your site to see what’s actually going on (and please do not give access to anyone off these forums, that’s a very bad idea!). If you need to know in a hurry I’d suggest hiring someone that can look through your site and it’s code help you to find out what’s going on.
