Attachement Upload Fails error 404

I already posted once, but I can’t find it so Im posting again.

I try to send the attachment, after a long time I get a 404 error.
What may be the problem?

Im using the 2.1 version downloaded Jan 23rd. Everything is smooth, except this upload. It doesn’t even create the folders.

How may I track the error???
