[Attachement Gate ] uploads via forms are not attached

Hello,

there is a real problem which makes the form unusable, the images / uploads are not attached in frontend.

Luckily I noticed this problem before working with my 300 posts.
imagine 300 posts and 4000 unattached images .. it’s a disaster.

But in the backend they are attached. everything works fine and the deletion too

I just tested another plugin.. I see the same problem with jetengine solution!

it’s really worrying at this level.

to see the problem create any simple add post form

create one acf gallery> upload your images> go to wordpress media> see images are not attached.

what is this strange behavior?

I carry out the tests with 2 dashboards created with the two solutions

my preference goes to acf frontend for

– modal window (you forgot the customization of (x) button)
– easy setting

but this attachment problem stopped my work with the forms.

if the uploads are not attached = it is no longer possible to delete them from the server with your brilliant Force Delete option.
