Attached files arrive 0kb

  • Hi, we are noticing that sometimes we get files from our 0kb forms. Or users complaining “unable to send the message”. We have recently changed SMTP Server and before then everything was fine. Does this depend on the smtp server? Or are there other things to check? It had never happened that 0kb attached files arrived !! Thank you!     Could be.

    But, you have so many errors on the browser console. You should fix them first.

    Please! keep getting too many 0kb files. because? do you ever come? Is there any way of debugging?
