Attached file names

I am using the plugin and it works perfectly.
The problem I have is that I want to send a message when the form is filled out and I would like the attached file to be included in that message.
I am using CF7 and for this I put the following fields: [_site_url]/wp-content/uploads/cfdb7_uploads/[upload-images]
The problem I have is that each uploaded image has a name like xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx[upload-images], so I can’t get them to link properly.
Do you have any ideas on how I could solve this?
