    Hello,

    With :

    • WordPress 6.7.1 with PHP 8.0.30.
    • Awesome Support version 6.3.0 +

    A fault has been found: users can add a file to tickets but the file is not attached to the ticket. It is not visible to either the agent or the user.

    In the /site/wp-content/uploads/awesome-support directory, a folder is named “temp_0_8” instead of “ticket_nnnn” where nnnn is the ticket number.

    A rollback to Awesome Support version 6.2.2 solve problem.

    We apologise for the inconvenience. We acknowledge that this is an issue with our most recent release version 6.3.0, so this is a known issue and the team is actively working on and updating. Thank you for the update that rolling back worked for you. Reset assured, this issue will be addressed in the next release.
