Attached file is not linked to ticket

Hello,
With :
- WordPress 6.7.1 with PHP 8.0.30.
- Awesome Support version 6.3.0 +
A fault has been found: users can add a file to tickets but the file is not attached to the ticket. It is not visible to either the agent or the user.
In the /site/wp-content/uploads/awesome-support directory, a folder is named “temp_0_8” instead of “ticket_nnnn” where nnnn is the ticket number.
A rollback to Awesome Support version 6.2.2 solve problem.
