Atrocious Customer Service

I have been in contact with AATeams for over a month now trying to get a resolution to an error caused by THEIR plugin. I was asked to open yet another ticket, reiterate every aspect of the multitude of issues we are facing and this ticket has now sat since June 7th without any response from support. It seems they have abandoned me and my client and refuse to support us any further.

Extremely disappointing.
