Atributos desaparecidos

Buenas tardes,
Mi tienda online tiene como filtros los atributos de mis vinos. Sin embargo, ahora han desaparecido. En la ficha de cada producto salen estos atributos pero estos productos ya no aparecen dentro de la fichas de atributos (adjunto imágenes).
Es raro, los atributos que salen en la ficha de cada producto no se visualizan como antes. Por ej: no sale el desplegable de cada atributo. Es como si no estuvieran enlazados.

If I understand you correctly, you have some missing attributes that are rendered in the product itself but not in the dedicated attributes tab.
Can you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click the following option?

The attributes of any product are no longer linked to the list of actual attributes. You have to add them back to the tab of each product.

From what I gather, while checking the provided video, you are going ahead with entering again all the Attributes for “Caballito del diablo”, and they still do not display on the product’s page.

I am inquiring, since there are various plugins that point to customizations, that, upon deactivating all except WooCommerce, and activating the Storefront theme, the issue should stop happening. Plugins like:
