    Hi.

I love this plugin and everything was working just fine. Today, upon doing some link checking on my site, I realized that it wasn’t calling the terms associated with the letter I selected.

Ideas as to why it stopped working? I tried de-activating, but that didn’t work. I’m also using a plugin called Kitchenbug and some of the Glossary terms have a Kitchenbug recipe in it. Could that be why NONE of the letters are working, now?

  • Hi Carla,

We’ve tried to replicate the problem you saw, however without success. Can you let us know your blog URL? We’ll take a look at the site, try to replicate the exact environment and hopefully help you with the problem.

Hi.. no worries. I’ve fixed it, somehow… I think the Kitchenbug plugin and the Glossary Terms plugin are not compatible (can’t put Kitchenbug IN a Glossary term).

If you want to check my website, anyway, it’s https://www.chefcarla.com

I’ve not had the time to try to replicate this. Is it still a problem?

It’s all working now, so no worries. I think I just reverted back to a previous version of my website. thanks
