Thanks for your message. You should be able to do this by editing your robots.txt file:

https://yoast.com/features/file-editor-robots-txt/

Simply add something like this:

Disallow: /*.atom$
Disallow: /*.ATOM$

I added it twice because the robots.txt file is case-sensitive, but you can remove the one in all caps if you want.
