• Hi Sydney Team,

I am using Sydney theme with Elementor – all updated to the latest version.

Each time I use “Sydney Elements: aThemes Portfolio” in Elementor – entire layout of the page breaks and squeezed to left

I tried advance settings but nothing helps.

Even if put only empty aThemes Portfolio it breaks entire page layout.

Could you please check and let me know if this can be fixed.

    Many thanks,

  • Hi @d0minik,

I did testing, and I can’t reproduce the issue.

It would be better if you could have include this field in your topic. This would help me better understand your issue, in case you have special setup with the portfolio.

    Thanks @kharisblank for your response.

Please see here how the page looks without the aThemes portfolio: https://iscon.pl/
And here with the aThemes portfolio: https://iscon.pl/loop/ (see product section – country PL)
It does not matter to which section I add the portfolio, tried multiple times/sections, but result is always the same.

    Many thanks

    Hi @d0minik,

I did checking the portfolio section of your page. And it looks good. It doesn’t break layout of any other section. Ref: https://i.snipboard.io/4K9hqc.jpg.

    Did I inspect different area?

Many thanks @kharisblank for qucik check. I checked in incognito session on Brave browser and indeed works fine.

Then log-in and it breaks again. Repeated with Safari and Chrome an it is same thing layout completely breaks when user is logged-in and browsing the page.

    Thanks.

    Hi @d0minik,

Thank you for getting back along with clarification.

If the issue only occurs while logged in, I am afraid it is a little tricky for me to inspect root of the issue.

What I can recommend is to test out by yourself the portfolio element with a new blank page. If this doesn’t show you the issue, perhaps there is a conflict with other element in your actual page.

Hi @kharisblank thanks, but getting same result each time I use Elementor and Sydney Elements: aThemes Portfolio. I tried with different Sydney/aThemes elements and works fine, just the Portfolio causing the issue.
