Atahualpa – How to change height of menu bar

The section of the menu bar that lists my pages is slightly heigher then the rest of the bar. I have reset the font, but still too big. So my questions are..

1. How can I make the height of the entire bar larger if I want the font bigger. Or if I can’t, how do I make the other part smaller.

2. How would I put a line in between the names of the pages and/or a bigger space between the names.
