At times bot is offline while a chat is request.

    This is a great plugin, Ive had been searching for a simple live chat plugin which I can answer from my mobile phone. I have started trying the plugin and I have two questions.

    When a chat is requested some of times it says “searching…” but I am already online and “available” on my mobile app (GV Phone app for Iphone). And in the app it says the bot is offline, and chat is never initiated. Other times it works fine. Is this normal or may something be wrong?

    I tried several tests, and like I said some worked perfect while other times the above mentioned happened. When I finish a chat it gives me a message “Chat session terminated. Credits Left: …”. Once I run out of credits what happens? Or is this “Credits Left” of no importance?

    To add to the first question. When bot is offline and chat is requested, it gives me a message “bot6’s Google status is offline and may not see your message right now. Why don’t you invite bot6…”. Is this my phone app problem?

    Jose, we are going throught a release deploy and the service wont be responsive for a couple of hours
