    Hello,

    I just build my 2nd website and use the Theme “Shoptimizer” instead of astra.
    I used PP plus on the other page with astra and it works fine, but now i cant get it to work…
    There is a message @ checkout sayin:

    “Sorry, at the moment no payments can be processed for technical reasons”

    I don`t know what to do, since my website is DE and i got an approved pp plus account.

    Hi @impulsound,

    Have you tried to activate the Storefront theme and to disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Plus to rule out a conflict?
    Also, are you using the same API credentials on both of your sites? Every site should have its own client and secret IDs.
    We would like to take a look at your WooCommerce system report and send you a test file.
    Can you please send a mail to [email protected] with a link to this thread so we can investigate further?

    We are dealing with this in an internal ticket, so I will close this thread.
    The issue seems to be related to WooCommerce not properly recognizing the SSL certificate, but it is under investigation.

    I FOUND THE ISSUE!

    So WC Status warned that the HTTPS is not active for the Shop.
    But all was fine. After taking the time and deactivating ALL plugins and switched the Theme to the basic one, reactivated WC the status showed a green mark ??
    After reactivating every plugin and checked the https status i found a plugin called “make paths relative” that caused the error.
    PPP was not working because of this (secured, but internat unsecured) connection and https error (but there wasnt really an error, just no https inside the link, that what confuses Woocommerce!

    Solution:
    Deactivated the “Page Permalinks” in the settings:
    Plugin “MAKE PATHS RELATIVE

    Shoot this to woocommerce, this might be not a real issue but since WC doesnt find the HTTPS it shows that error…
