    Hello

After I enter the shortcode for fluentsupport [fluent_support_portal] at the end of URL, there is always being added #/

so for example when the portal is on the page and it’s logged out or logged in as a customer you get url like this – example.com/#/

May I know how to remove that thing at the end being added by fluentsupport?

    Hello @thexamex ,

Thank you for reaching out with your question about the #/ at the end of the URL when using FluentSupport. This is a standard behavior in many modern web applications, including FluentSupport, to enable smooth navigation and state management without requiring a full page reload.

The #/ is part of the URL’s hash fragment, which is used by JavaScript to handle routing on the client side. This allows for a more seamless user experience, especially in single-page applications where content is dynamically loaded.

Removing this could disrupt the functionality of the portal, as it plays a crucial role in how the application manages navigation and state. It ensures that users can navigate through different sections of the support portal without the page refreshing, which enhances performance and usability.

If you have any specific concerns or issues related to this behavior, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist further. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help with any other questions you might have!

    Thank you
