At log in, only code shows

Hi am a newbe to WP.
Blog was fine. Started showing code instead of dashboard. Logged out, when opening up login, shows only code. URL: https://www.landbou-1.com/blog01/healthylifestyle/wp-login.php?loggedout=true.
Website url: https://www.healtylifestyle.net only display blank page. Deleted plugin folder, still the same.
Host: 1and1. Using Firefox browser, Windows XP
