AT LAST a Restore Guide

    Can you please at last explain us HOW TO restore from a backup?

    I had a WP installation.

    Backed it up.

    I’ve downloaded the zip file

    Installed a fresh WP

    What do I do now?

    How do I upload a 200MB zip file to my FTP? Bluehost allows up to 150MB

    And in which folder do I ulpoad the zip file to?

    And I just extract?

    And overwrite everything?

    Please explain.

    It’s just helpless for us to keep searching the forum’s 100 pages and still not finding an answer.

    Just explain for dummies.

    Do this, that then that etc
