  • I am having the same issue. This was a bad update. Can’t you go back to stable update?

I always want to be up2date and I hope the devs will fix the Bug asap.

    Dear JB-1985 ,
    Thank you for contacting us.
Please, be kindly informed that we have checked your website and most probably the conflict comes from the theme or from one of your plugins. Kindly asking you to change your current WordPress theme to a default theme for a couple of minutes and check if the issue still exists. Also, please, deactivate other plugins to check if the issue is connected with other plugins (you will not lose any data you have currently, it will be kept in the database).
Please, note that we have also noticed <noscript> tags in your code, which can also cause an issue.
    Looking forward to your updates
    Thank you

    Dear Huge-IT Support,

but with the old Version it had work fine with the same WordPress Theme and Plugins.

And bethplummer have the same problem.

    Dear JB-1985,

Please, be kindly informed that it can also be a conflict with the theme you use currently.
You can try to change your theme to one of the WP default themes for a moment to check if the issue exists with other themes as well. And please, also try to deactivate other plugins to check if it is a conflict with plugins. (Note that you will not lose any data by deactivating the plugins).
As for the <noscript> tag, please, check the screenshot here: https://prntscr.com/esm633
As you can see the image tag is inside the <noscript> tag, so this means JS will not function for this part.
In the case if nothing changes, please, send us an email to info [at] huge-it.com as mentioned above, we will be happy to assist you.

    Looking forward to your updates.

We have already asked @bethplummer for more details to understand the reason of the issue.

    Thank you
