At excerpts the contents of speech balloon not shown from PC input

Hi,
I love this plugin greatly.

I have one request.

When I create a post from PC, the sentence of speech balloon cannot be shown at excerpts.
When I create a post from mobile, the sentence of speech balloon can be shown at excerpts.

I tried Mac’s Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Windows PC’s Firefox, Microsoft Edge …but all are the same.
From PC, the sentences of speech balloon cannot be shown at excerpts.

I would like to show the sentences of speech balloon of which are made at PC also as mobiles.
