At “cancelled order” i get the wrong template

    I changed all necessary email templates. Only one of these doesn’t work. “cancelled order”. I only get a mail in the woocommerce style. Can you tell where the problem can be? I deletet the template. I made a new template. All works fine in the preview. But not if i release a “canceld order ” via the orders im Woocommerce . In this way i only get the woocommerce standard mail design.
    Do you have a solution for me?

    Resolved:
    Your Mail was delivered to the right email-address.
    ??
    And Woocommerce or “Germanized” sends this information with the standard email template to another mail-address too.
    To much different email adresses in this shop…
