Async-upload error 500 on image upload

  • Hi,

    we have a problem with the image upload with our client. When uploading an image the server throws an internal server error ( async-upload.php ). Size does not matter and nginx settings should be okay. The problem came after updating the plugin to the 2.6.1 version and 2.6.2 version did not help at all.

    With 2.5.1 version everything works as it should.

    We have not been able to resolve the issue ourselves internally and have instead been required to disable Kraken and look for alternatives.

    The Kraken support has been next to nothing. All they do is respond to our initial request with some questions and then never respond past that. We have had at least 5 tickets opened with them and none of them have been resolved – they simply disappear into the nether. I’d actually rank their support as the worst we have had to date.
