• Hi Guys, I’ve been having trouble on and off with my checkout page and the payment gateways. I have the Woocommerce Square plugin that allows payments for credit cards and have been trying to figure out a problem that keeps reoccurring. They found out that Async is causing a conflict on the cart/checkout pages. By disabling this option, it seems to fix the problem, however, I found out half way through cyber sales that it re-enabled itself and no-one could make a purchase because when this option is enabled it stops all payment gateways working. Any chance you can figure out why this setting is re-enabling itself without any prompting from me?
    Thanks,
    Tonia

That is the first time I’ve heard that (on option changing without someone setting it) happening Tonia, no idea how this could happen I’m afraid :-/

Is it something you can look into for future updates? I can’t really afford to have it just change and stop payments form going through.
    Thanks,

Would love to help, but unfortunately a standard WordPress option changing to another value without user interaction is something I have no idea how to debug Tonia. Have you ever encountered this with any setting in your WordPress/ theme/ plugin settings?

No, its the first. I’ll see how things go in the next month or so. Maybe it was just one of those ‘glitch god’ things? thanks
