Async and Defer

Hi,

Thank you for this plugin.

In cloudfare documentation is mentioning about async and defer

I check the source code in my website but I can’t see those options. Sometimes the script take too long ro load 1-2 seconds.

It will be wonderfull if you add thoes options to the plugin.
