    Hi all

    I’m currently developing a site for a not-for-profit.

We’re using Astra theme with PHP 8.3. As soon as I activate the plugin, the entire header dissapears from view on the front-end and the back-end.

Console view reports some minor Google Maps concerns with the plugin, but nothing jumps out as to why it breaks the site. I’ve tried all of the other plugins available and none have the easy functionality as Custom WP Store Locator, please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

While waiting for a reply/response I solved it by using the Elementor Header & Footer plugin to force a custom header.

While this isn’t a fix and whilst I would be interested in finding out why this occurs, I cannot wait.

    Hii @kruuseit,

Thank you for using our plugin. We just checked your https://laosa.hostkit.co.za/ website.

We’ll test our plugin with a combination of Astra Theme and the Elementor plugin on our end and fix the issue on future releases of the plugin.

    Thanks!

    Hii?@kruuseit,

We just released a new version 1.4.3 and applied a fix. so, that header doesn’t remove on the Astra theme.

I’m closing this ticket for now. You can raise a new support ticket if you need help!

    Thanks!
