Astra theme free mobile menu not work

    Hey guys,

    I create a webpage for myself, use free Astra 3.7.9 theme, during creation (of page) I done some updates (plugins, theme), and after some time I checked webpage thru mobile – menu doesnt work (burger is there, where it should be), thought some plugin makes this issue -> tried to disable all at the beginning -> menu still not work (tested after every plugin enabled – same issue).

    started googling, saw that lot of people bumped into same problem 1, 2, 3 years ago, but not now..

    tried to install WP mobile menu plugin as SOS, it works, but problem with it, that do not know what to do with search in mobile (I use Advanced Woo search plugin).

    I think it is a usual ASTRA bug.

    What would you advise in this situation?

    P.S. I use everything updated in WP.

    The Astra agent responded to my ticket very quickly. He sent me the link to download another version of the Astra theme. I went on to Theme/Add New and uploaded the new version. I tested my site again on my iPhone which still used the old iOS version 12.1 and now the toggle menu button worked normally.

    For anyone who has the same problem later, after uploading the new theme, remember to delete your site’s cache for everything to take effect. If it hasn’t taken effect, delete your browser’s cache too and try again. Things should work fine now.

    Just as an update, we had released Astra v3.7.10 which contains the fix for this issue.

    @bsfherman I have version 3.8.1 and I am having the same issue. The hamburger menu is missing on tablet and mobile versions. I can’t seem to locate the issue. Did this issue come back with the latest update? I have disable every plugin one by one and still can’t figure out the solution. Please advise.

    There’s no user report of the issue with v3.8.1 or even the latest current update, which is v3.8.2.
