Astra templates

  • Astra’s starter templates no longer loads. I just get a blank page. This has been down for months. I’ve tried turning off all plug in’s, but that doesn’t fix the problem. I’ve had our PHP, memory, etc. increased to the specified requirements, but that has not fixed this either.

    Please try adding the snippet mentioned in the step #4 of this doc.

    Also, please share with us a screenshot or video of how the issue looks on your site.

    Facing the same issue, what you have mentioned #4 in the doc is updated. still problem not resolved
