Astra support is outstanding

I have used Astra for about 8 months. Excellent Theme, especially with Elementor, which is my builder. However, this review is not about the product, it is for Astra’s excellent support. I have run into a few snags along the way with my builds. Each time I have gotten stuck, Astra has solved the issue for me and then given a detailed explanation of what they did, including screenshots. This level of support is refreshing in a world that seems to have forgotten what good customer support is all about.
