Astra Options not showing

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of WordPress. And also try clearing the cache, just in cache it’s cache-related.

@aps12345 try to clear cache and ensure you are using the latest version of WordPress. You can use a plugin to clear the cache. Also clear cookies on your browser after doing that.

I have the same issue. I have two networks and it works fine on one but not the other. Interestingly, on the network on which it works, I have Beaver Builder child theme installed. On the one that is not working I have astra child them installed. I have cleared the cache a few times, and that is not fixing. Anything I can do myself? I imagine you will suggest I contact astra support, but I would love to solve this prior to them getting back to me… if possible.
