ASTRA ELEMENTOR BILLING PRACTICES RIP OFF

I purchased the Astra theme and Elementor plugins a year ago. I never used them as I had created a large website using Divi, and could not use elementor without having to completely redo all of the pages.
I should have requested a refund at the time, but being extrenely busy, I never got around to it.
Yesterday, lo and behold, I was billed for renewal on both products. I immediately notified them that I was not using the theme or plugin and requested that they refund the payments they took from my Paypal account.
I received an email from them stating that they notified me 2 weeks prior about the renewals (no they didn’t – I would have acted on that immediately had they contacted me). They are now stating that they cannot refund because I didn’t cancel in the 2 week period since the fictitious renewal notice supposedly arrived.
This is just a money grab. There is no reason that they cannot return the payments ($69 and $59 USD) other than greed. This is absolutely unacceptable.
