Astra Customizer load but don’t execute any action

    HI, After follow this article https://wpastra.com/docs/faqs-hf-builder-old-users/

    I enabled the new customizer:
    ” Appearance > Astra Options and click on the button Use New Header/Footer Builder. ”

    After this enablement, I try to open the customizer and the options are showed, but I after click any option, even the old options like CSS, menus, etc, the webpage don’t do anything

    I saw all the option , but when I pass or click the mouse over any option nothing happens. Also nothing happens if I try to personalize clicking the pencil icon in any section of the page(example the header)

    anyone experience this problem before?

    Note: If I switch back to the “old” customizer, THe options that appears start working inmmediately.

  • Hi @diegomak,

    Please make sure you are using Astra latest version, which currently is v3.6.8. You might also make sure that your site is running PHP v7.4 or higher.

    If it doesn’t help, please try temporarily disable all of the installed plugins. If it solves the issue, then reactivate the plugins back one by one. When you notice the issue comes back, the last plugin you reactivate is the culprit.

    PHP is not the solution, I’m already in v7.4,I was in astra v.3.6.8 as you suggested-

    NOt sure which solve the problem, one month after (today) I update the Astra to last version 3.7.3 and also last version of elementor , workpress, and woocommerce

    everything working well now with the new template.
