• Hello,

When I updated Astra (Free) to 4.8.3. I realized, that the toggle button / burger menu has not been working anymore (mobile menu is not displayed). I experienced that with several websites and devices.

I use the latest WordPress release 6.6.2

Is this a known bug in latest Astra release? Is there any workaround? Any help highly appreciated.

    Best regards

  • Hi @ausragaudi,

It seems everything is functioning well on our end, and the toggle button appears to be working fine on mobile devices. Would you mind sharing the URL of your website so we can take a closer look and investigate further?

    Hello, Aradhy,

Thanks for your reply and willingness to help. There are 2 websites where the toggle button does not work and the menu does not appear on mobile devices: desazas.lt and salesflow.lt

    Best regards

    Hi @ausragaudi,

It appears that the class that opens the toggle button is not working on both of them, possibly because of a plugin conflict. Would you mind trying the basic troubleshooting steps as outlined in the attached documentation to confirm this? [Link to Documentation]

    Hi, Aradhy,

Thanks for the reply and advice. The troubleshooter didn’t show any conflicts with the plugins, so I opened a ticket from your support portal today. I hope you can help me solve this problem.

    Best regards

    Hi @ausragaudi,

This issue usually happens because of the optimization or caching plugin installed on the website. Initially, the website appeared as you described. However, after viewing it without caching, it looked fine. You can see this screenshot for reference.

Please try performing the same steps on your end as well and see if this makes any difference in the output. If you notice any improvements, I suggest checking the site without any caching mechanisms enabled.

    Kind regards,
    Aradhy ??
