AST – Hunter Express Tracking Link pointing to incorrect location

    Hello Zorem Support,

    I was informed by the Zorem to post a support request for the Free AST Fulfillment Manager plugin here as the issue encountered is related to an existing logistics provider in the free and PRO edition of the plugin.

    Please be advised the link for the logistics provider of Hunter Express in Australia isn’t providing tracking details.

    The tracking link generated via the logistics vendor in the AST product is pointing to the following location and returns a notification of ‘NO JOBS FOUND’:

    https://online.hunterexpress.com.au/ss-2/freightJob/showExternal?connoteNumber=PDX602986

    If I go to the following link location it does provide shipping details:

    https://www.hunterexpress.com.au/tracking/ {Enter tracking number}

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I think that they changed the tracking link and its not possible to use the tracking number in the URL for direct tracking, I will ask TrackShip’s team to check that and to update the link (we get the shipping providers details from TrackShip) and I’ll keep you posted.

    Hi, the tracking link is updated, please sync the shipping providers list (WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers – top right sync icon)
